“Ted”, as he is known, was born and raised in the Bronx, New York and attended St. John’s University School of Law. While at St. John’s Law, he was a member of the St. John’s Journal of Legal Commentary, a scholarly legal publication. Upon graduation, Ted worked as a Principal Appellate Court Attorney at the Appellate Division, Second Department located in downtown Brooklyn. After his stint at the Appellate Division, where he honed his research and writing skills, Ted entered private practice, representing thousands of clients in all sorts of legal matters.
From early on, Ted has been determined to help accident victims and fight the insurance companies that seek at every turn to deny their proper claims. Ted has secured millions of dollars in settlements and in verdicts for his clients who have suffered a loss due to the negligence of others.
